Del Rios' Auto Repair Services LLC

Prior to dropping off my pick up at Del Rios' , I had filled the gas tank (thinking maybe I had bad gas AND the fuel gauge hasn't worked for over a decade).  I needed this vehicle, so I admitted I didn't have time or talent to fix it and turned to Del Rios'.  Their diagnoses was to rebuild the carburetor, and replace spark plugs, quoted $268.00.  When I picked this vehicle up I was charged $283.03 no explanation as to why more money.  The pick up ran less  than 10 miles (poorly) and quit running Period.  I discovered the tank completely empty.  I looked under the air cleaner and found the choke disconnected and some linkages just hanging there.  The exterior of this carb was not cleaned and there were no signs of the carb having been rebuilt.  I called to complain and explain there was a loss of trust.  I was told by Richard Del Rio (owner), he didn't steal my gas and  that it had been inside his shop the whole time but he would talk to his staff and get back to me.  Well I have not heard a word from him AND he is unavailable to take my frequent calls since.  I feel I was TOOK and would hope warn anyone considering doing any business with Del Rios' Auto.
