The service was fantastic. They were professional and very transparent with the cost and super knowledgeable. Price was fair.

He did a great job.  I really recommend this guy highly.  He did a great job, he was there every day, even the long distance thing, and very conscientious.  His price was very reasonable, I remember that.  I felt like it was a fair deal for what he got done.  Gosh, I needed him to come in and he was available pretty quickly.  That sort of varies with the market.  He also does plumbing service as well; new install and service.  Just couldn't be happier with him.  Great guy; the kind of person you always hope you'll find on Angie's List but usually Angie's List is too busy - I mean, those guys are too busy.  The door guy that you've got on there - I can't remember which one it was - but couldn't even give me a call back.  The market out here is going crazy and so it's understandable, but it's still ... gosh, it would be nice if they'd call you back and say hey, I'm this far out, I'm a month out or something like that.  I would list great attitude, great work, and great price.  A lot of times, people click the box that says only looking for  service providers within a certain distance.  I don't know, he might even be further than 50 miles away from me; I'm not sure.  But they're gonna be missing out.  When I first came here, I just had a hard time finding good people, even on Angie's List; the folks that aren't that great.
