Brad and his helper were not only on time all the time, but they were nice to be around, and in general, I do not like contractors in my house. The Q2 windows they installed are an engineering marvel, and I am quite sure by my weather station and my electric bill, that they worked as advertised this summer. Their installation was beautiful, and I know they ran into some unexpected challenges with my cheesy house construction. They handled these with ingenuity and professionalism. They protected the rest of the house from dust and damage, and cleaned up everyday. I am totally impressed with these guys and their product in every respect. We shopped around quite a bit before investing this much in home improvement, so I know what else is out there. My only regret is that we did not do this sooner.

Brad, the owner/manager, is fair and competitive (I got three estimates). His crew was there on the date scheduled and did good work. Because of a tree limb, they had to move one gutter 5'' off, but they volunteered to return and make the gutter right once the tree limb is gone. This was impressive, and I trust they will do as they promised. My only minor complaint is that they did not call back after the work was done to make sure everything was ok.
