It went very well.  The quality of the work is first rate from my perspective.  I generally handle all of my own plumbing and electrical work for our home, but natural gas piping is NOT something I'm comfortable with handling.  Richard was prompt in coming out to see what we needed and providing a quote, and he fit us into his schedule as we needed to get the project completed.  He showed up on time and finished the work in a timely fashion.  I would definitely recommend Strait Mechanical to my friends or coworkers.
