Smith Hardwood gave me the best bid from Angie's List companies, showed up on time & date agreeded on, got the stain out, job completed on time, and did a great refinish job on the floor. Since I (owner) live out of state, they provided me with before and after pictures and my property manager said it looks great. They also provided necessary & vital estimates on proportionate tenant cost/share for the stain removal and refinish work and provided excellent follow-up floor care info. (e.g. don't use Murphy's Oil cleaner on wooden floors).

The quality and price were both excellent. Pat Smith was very professional, started and finished the job on time. He was also very helpful in suggesting the stain color for the floor and providing a large finished sample.
