Company rep "rescheduled" initial visit twice and was late when arriving for the evaluation. Told us they would have to take the table top back to the shop for repair and repairs would take 3 to 4 weeks. After notification from the moving company to conduct repairs, did not start for two more weeks. I called after they should have had the table ready. We were told delivery would take another two weeks. I called three days after table was scheduled for delivery. I was told I could take as is (unfinished) or wait another three to four days for the finish to "harden". I set up delivery for 10 days later at 5:00 PM. On the delivery date, they called at 6:10 pm and said they would be another 30 minutes or so. At 7:30 pm they showed up. I told them it was too dark to tell if the table would match all the other furniture in the room and asked if they could deliver in the morning. They told me if I didn't take it at that time, I would not get it for two months. I let them unload it. As soon as they took off the protective blanket, I could tell they had not restained it properly. It was too brown and did not match the rest of the dining room set. The odd thing about the color is that they had the table leafs and matched them to the rest of the set, but the table itself was the wrong color. They told me I could either keep it or they would take it home and I wouldn't have a table top. I decided to keep it, it is kind of hard to eat without a table.
