Cesar's Concrete

Based on the work performed at a neighbors home, we had Caesars install a new driveway and apply sealer for more than $17,000. Initially concrete looked great but in less than a year minute cracks appeared all over the drive when wet. All facts point to lack of sealer as my neighbor's drive which was sealed by him over 2 years ago has no such cracks. In addition there is degradation due to road salt dripping off our cars. Again, the neighbors' driveway shows no such degradation. I would have expected the sealer to make it through the first year; it did not. . I've tried to work with Caesars to no avail as they assume no responsibility and indicate that sealer should be applied.

I called Cesars concrete to provide a quote for replacing my patio. They had a design that I was interested in. I scheduled an appointment with their estimator. I thought he would come to my house, look over my project, talk about different designs and give me a quote. This is what happened with all other contractors. Not so with Cesars. They have a two step process where they screen you first. This was a waste of my time. All I wanted was a quote. They scheduled a follow visit for the next day. Before the end of the day, their estimator sent me an email cancelling our appointment and withdrawing a bid citing differences in communication styles. Again all I wanted as a quote for a product that I wanted. I do not yell, use bad language, or derogatory. Their response was shocking. My assumption is they are difficult to work with based on a difficult sales process. I quoted 4 concrete contractors. Cesars gave me a quote of $12,000 for replacing my patio. Three other concrete contractors gave me a quote of $7,500 to $8,350 for the replacement of the patio and grill area. I did not choose Cesars. The

The Cesar's concrete team was very professional, they showed up on time, communicated through out the process and had great ideas. It was refreshing to work with a company that called back right away, showed up on time, and did amazing work.

It was perfect. They just did a great job and picked up everything when they left.
