"[Member Name Removed], We apologize you are upset with the overall project. We have talked to multiple experts who have been out to see your house. All of them agree that this is caused by you applying salt to your driveway. We are really sorry but even in our after care instructions we have informed you to, no matter what, apply salt to your driveway as it will ruin it in the first winter. We also state this very boldly in our warranty documents. Thanks for the feedback we are doing our best to make sure people absolutley know not to do that. It is sad for us to see a perfectly good driveway with spalling on it as well."
