Kellon had a second small crack show up in the riser supply pipe after fixing the first major pipe break. He came back and fixed that break .

Robert called me 5 minutes after I logged into Home Advisor on a Sunday night at 9:00. He then moved his schedule to be at my house the next morning at 7:30 to assess what we needed. It was determined that we needed to have our water heater replaced. They picked one up and were done with the install by Noon the same day. If I could I'd give them 10 stars.

Robert gave recommendations on toilets to replace/install. We loved that we did not have to go pick up the toilets. Robert purchased the toilets and installed them. He also repaired the knobs on two of our showers. The work was completed in a timely manner and my time was valued.

Robert phone quoted a price for several projects on the phone site unseen. $250.-$300. Only did major one and said he never quoted that amount. Ask for $500. to move gas line 10 feet. He did not do the garbage disposal or kitchen faucet.I only spoke to 1 Plummer and that was him. So no confusion on my part. He is a nice guy and I would never rip anyone off. I am a senior and am on SS.He did not give a receipt. Not a happy grama.

I will defend myself and let you know that there is no way I would ever quote a kitchen sink install and a gas line relocation for 250 to 300 dollars. I quoted the gas line at 450 to 500 and that is all we discussed. So there was for sure confusion on your part. I also fixed an existing gas leak that you were unaware of because I was not going to leave a house that was in potential danger. I worked in your crawl space that was filled with dog feces and urine and I did a good job regardless of the working conditions. Retired or not, I do feel ripped off because you did not pay the 500."

Robert came out on a Sunday. I placed the job on Home Advisor on a Thursday and all other vendors gave me the following Tuesday as an eta. (Luckily, it was a small leak). Good value for the service as all others were above his price.
