General contractor with 30 plus years of experience in the Denver area, providing all aspects of residential new construction and remodeling. We are a small company using a top quality team of craftsman subcontractors. Design services are available from an award winning local architect. We use a team approach to working with clients, professional architects, engineers, and quality subcontractors and suppliers. John S. Johnson, owner and manager, was awarded "Quality Construction Manager of the Year" by the Denver Metro Homebuilder's Association. He has managed the construction or remodeling of over 230 homes. John has specialized in upper-end custom homes, particularly in the Denver foothills including Evergreen, Genesee, Spring Ranch, and Conifer. He has also built and remodeled homes in the greater Denver area. John has managed the construction of award winning homes in professional builder shows including Parade of Homes, Colorado Master Builder Show, and Street of Dreams.
