Golden Heating and Air Conditioning

Skip came on time, checked for simple solutions then took the a.c. apart. He took the most suspect part to a vendor to test, bought the new part (last available) and installed it, put the whole thing together. It works. He alerted me to a problem with the platform which needs correcting. He worked for four hours. We have lived in the house 39 years. The first 10 years we tried different repairmen who said they couldn't improve the temperature (which would cool to about 8 degrees below outside temperature) because the unit wasn't large enough. By chance we found Skip Frangillo, who did commercial and and residential installations as well as repairs of furnaces and air conditioning systems. He thinks on his feet and is intent on solving problems. He diagnosed our problem as improperly installed duct work, fixed it, and we've been cool ever since. He is also great with our furnace, thermostat and humidifier, is prompt, pleasant, considerate, and he comes in any weather. We are confident of our safety when he passes on our equipment. His advice is always welcome and right on.
