He doesn't return my many calls which makes me very mad after all these years of service. Other clients that I know are also angry that he does not return their calls as well.

Chris went the extra mile for us. Highly recommend and would hire again in a heartbeat.

Chris did a fantastic job! Start to finish Chris did a very professional job at a very reasonable price - We had several little projects, with one leading to another and he was punctual, communicative, on schedule and all at a price that was reasonable and actually less than anticipated. He had good input and advice and good quality of work. I would highly recommend Chris for any general handyman work that someone might need!

Chris did a great job.  We appreciated his honesty about the true cause of our issues.  For example, the house fan simply had some debris caught in the fan.  Another handyman may have exaggerated the problem to get more money from the repair.  Chris did not.  After Chris left we realized we had another leak under the sink.  Chris returned to our house to repair the additional leak at no extra charge.  We will definitely use Chris again.

Chris arrived on time, surveyed the job, removed the tree and re-secured the window well cover in a very timely and professional manner.   Chris has performed other jobs for me in the past.  I would certainly hire him again without hesitation.

He had to come back because we weren't happy the first time. I like that they ultimately got it right. I am pretty happy with how it looks now. It was some tile work and a door, a sliding door at a walkout basement level. The first time they repaired it they did a crazy job on it. It sat too high. We had them come back and fix it.

We hired Chris to install the baseboard trim on our main floor.  Wood flooring had been installed, but we never put the trim back.  Chris was professional, on time, and very reasonable in price.  He also installed new flush valves for 4 toilets and put up some crown moulding for a bookcase.  He finished the work over 3 days time, which was fine with our schedule.  He did a great job, and we are looking forward to our new project with him.

Chris is a true, one of a kind handyman. They don't make them like this anymore! He's incredibly great at responding to calls (got back to me in less than an hour), was proactive in setting a date to do the repairs, was on time, worked with me to get my input on exactly how I wanted the work completed (it was a bunk bed situation that can be set up in more than one way), and was very respectful and kind. THIS is the kind of handyman that was around about 30 years ago! Cannot say enough about this guy. I left messages for a couple of other handymen on Angie's List and either didn't get a call back or received a call back three days after I called. Chris is amazing and we've already got a list of other things needed to be done around the house for Chris. He can do it all! We've got some electrical, plumbing, and paiting work for him to do in the future when our budget allows; and there is no doubt in my mind that Chris will be the guy we call every time!

He did a great job, diagnosing the problems, finding the parts at great
prices and finishing the job.  If he ever has questions, he always asks
before performing the work.  He works hard and is very reliable.

I called Chris in a panic because my kitchen sind faucet had developed a huge leak.  It was early in the week and he was able to come to me and install a new faucet.  He arrived on time and went immediately into aceesing the job and any damage.  He encountered a big problem which was the Hot Water Shut Off valve had to be replaced.  He was able to get to the hardware store in my neighborhood to find the correct replacement part.  I live in a condominium and had to arrange for someone to shut the water off.  He was able to fix the problem quickly.  He then was able to work on installing the new faucet.  He was fast and I was back in service again.  I would recomment his man because he listens and did not mind me asking a ton of questions.  I also have two pesky rescue dogs who love to bark constantly.  He has a lot of patience.  The job was well done.

Went very well.  Finishing the basement was a big job and did it well.  He cleans up after himself and leaves things clean and put away.  We were very happy with his work and his price.  Will use his services again.

As part of a bigger remodeling project, we were replacing the sills/thresholds on the 3 sliders in the sunroom.  When the old sills were removed, we discovered that there had been some water leakage.  The old foam was the wrong kind, and there was not a good seal. 

We were in a hurry, because the contractor who was replacing the sills was waiting.  So I called Chris. 

Chris came out right away, and got the job done in just over an hour.  He knew exactly what needed to be done, he had the materials and the skill, and got right to work.  Chris was careful with my cat and the newly finished hardwood floors, and he cleaned up after the job perfectly. 

I'm very pleased, and will definitely use him again for all handyman work!

The job went very well and the owner Chris did a great job.  Chris was on time, explained clearly what needed to be done, did a good job, was flexible about a trip to get more materials, added extra supports were needed and overall did a great job.  His clean up was good as well.  In addition to the fence work, he fixed a bolt on our fence gate that was in need of repair which was a great help to us as well.  We hope to use his services again in the near future and hopefully on a regular basis as we always have things that need repaired or replaced on this old house.  We would definitely recommend Chris to our friends and family.
