I asked for a common colored ribbon, was told it was in stock and when I went to pick up - got a darker shade with some blue in it (I needed a mint green). It was too late and I had paid over the phone ahead of time so I had to take it. The lady who does the arrangements was sure to tell me to talk to the school district and make sure they don't have this type of thing coincide with a major holiday for florists - mothers day! I told her maybe she should call herself. Needless to say, I didn't tip her. I'll probably order there again because I know the owners to be a very nice and accomodating couple.
