Go no further than this review for Luxescapes. I am a civil engineer and with that being said, I am good with lines and symmetry but terrible with visioning the abstract. In addition, I work for a large national contractor and understand cost estimating and scheduling. With this being said I knew what I wanted in my head but could never find someone who I trusted with the final product - and then I met Meghan. She is the most patient, understanding, and caring designer and took what I had in my head, transferred to paper, and their team installed. Wow - we got more than what I had hoped for - color from Spring through November! The price was fair and the crew was crazy fast. We even had a very minor issue with a sprinkler line which required a large boulder to be moved and like everything else was handled extremely professional and with a genuine concern. This is a company that will earn your business and in return you get nothing but compliments from your neighbors (with a hint of jealousy) and so much enjoyment!

When we were looking at designers to have our yard landscaped, we had no parameters, other than a budget, and a small space to work with. We looked at three, and gave them all full license to design something they felt would meet our needs. We went with Luxescapes for several reasons. Meghan took the time to find out what was important to us, her design was very thoughtful, well laid out, and incorporated things that made our space unique, yet spoke to the type of intimate surrounding we were trying to create. Luxescapes is a smaller company, which to us, meant that their hinged on the success of each and every job, and not just through volume of work. The details: Our budget was $40,000; they came in at $38,000. At the start of the project, Meghan asked a lot of questions about what was important to us, and what type of atmosphere we were looking for. She was very creative with our small space, keeping it functional and giving it a unique look. Luxescapes did a great job with the coordination of contractors for cement, electrical and gas. They managed everything and it was seamless. Luxescapes’ employees were extremely courteous, leaving the job site very neat every day, and even went above and beyond, helping my husband move heavy items out of the yard, before they began their work. Change orders were simple, well organized, and there were no surprises. They cut the base of the board and batten of the house exterior to fit the patio pavers. They were very precise with the grade, ensuring no water drainage issues. We were able to leverage Meghan’s creativity, saving us $4,000 in sculpture/artwork. Luxescapes designed a phenomenal grill inset, and were very attentive to detail with all of their work. In the end, the only thing we changed was the artificial grass area, which they obliged without issue. We couldn’t have been happier with Meghan and her crew. The results far exceeded our expectations and we love our outdoor space! We look forward to having them back to execute phase 2 of our project!

One of my neighbors had Luxescapes do a large landscaping job. The neighbor recommended Luxescapes to me so I called. I had received a couple other quotes and was excited to talk to Luxescapes because of the recommendation. We played phone tag for a month much my fault also because of being out of town etc. That being said Steve and I finally got together and I explained what I wanted done. (also, when I set up the appointment I was told that they would not be able to do my project until November because they were booked. no problem I said) Anyway Steve threw in ideas on what I had explained and I really felt he was listening to what I wanted. Some listen some don't. One of my quotes had been about 36,000.00 and Steve said he thought that was about what he thought his would come in at. I was a little disappointed because I really wasn't sure I wanted to spend that much since we are of retirement age. He said he had a large job to do and would not be able to get back to me for a couple of weeks, I said fine and that I was still excited to hear from him. After thinking about the cost I wrote to him on their web site and thanked him for coming out and that I thought I would like to do what we had talked about but I would rather do it in stages, when he was here it didn't sound like that was out of the question..... Anyway I gave him another month to get back to me and he did not so, I called and left a message. I never heard from him again. Maybe my project wasn't big enough I don't know but I was and still am very disappointed. He seemed like such a nice young man and I think he does nice work... Why not just call and say you are too busy or whatever very unprofessional

It was a joy to work with LuxeScapes. Their designers are very talented, and their crew did amazing work. The outdoor living space is now the focal point of the entire house. I will definitely work with this company again.

They do really good work. They were prompt, did excellent work, and followed up well. I don't have anything bad to say.
