Jeff arrived quickly after initial contact to view the site and learn what I needed done. His observations and recommendations were excellent and his estimate was in line with what I expected. Rain delayed beginning the project, but Jeff was in contact to keep me appraised and let me know when he could begin. The completed project exceeded my expectations. I am impressed with the quality of Jeff's work and recently asked him back to tweak the project a little. I highly recommend Jeff and Paragon.

Simply put, Jeff's work is Awesome. Jeff was a very pleasant surprise to contractors we've worked with in the past. He is a perfectionist in both his work and making sure that our desires and vision were met making sure that every detail of our deck was completed correctly. Jeff has an excellent eye for what will look best and even when the deck store had convinced us otherwise, Jeff was able to show us what would look better (and we agreed) and moved forward with that approach. As to his work habits and ethics, he was on time showing up when he said he would, did not go over his original bid amount, and there were no surprises. When we decided we wanted a dry-below style deck, Jeff worked with us, gave us a quick additional cost estimate so we could decide to move forward with that enhancement. Finally, even after providing him his final check, he still came back to do additional polishing up work. I highly recommend him and his company to anyone needing quality work done without surprises.

The team from Paragon were very professional. The projects I had them working on ranged from relatively simple to complex. Paragon gave me a estimate for the work and kept me apprised of changes. The changes were not related to Paragon not completing the job in a certain amount of time, but rather finding issues once the demolition was started. Paragon made solid recommendations as to the best way to safely address those issues and always kept my budget in mind. I'll be keeping Paragon's phone number, because I'll definitely use them again.
