Jim's Spa & Satellite Service

From our conversation about my broken hot tub and replacement of it, Jim made promise he did not keep.  He told me he had in his possession a new hot tub he could sell me at a low price.  Instead he later had to order mine.  (I think he forgot what he had originally told me)  I was at work when the crew came to near out the old hot tub and rebuild the structural components.  Every night i would come home and find that my directions were not followed and the crew would have to come out again the next day to fix what was installed incorrectly.  For instance, they were to reuse the safety railing that had been on the old hot tub, but instead built a frame for a new lattice wall.  I pulled the old rail over to the hot tub and a diagram of how it should be installed, marking on the pieces to show how things should line up.  This time the crew installed it property.  This miscommunication and misdirection continued throughout the process and i paid an addition $1000 for the labor and materials.  His billing had addition errors and he later overcharged me for a repair to the hot tub cover.

Good experience. First the place that we bought our hot tub from no longer services hot tubs. They gave us the number for Jim's Spa Service. He promptly returned our call and schedule an appointment within the week. When he came to fix the leak, we showed him where it was leaking and he was able to fix it immediately.
