Hi, I'm Howard McClaskey. We are dedicated to help you make the most of your investment. We have been serving families, builders, realtors, investors/financial institutions for over 25 years; building, remodeling and improving homes and businesses specializing in kitchen remodels. As a seasoned custom carpenter, all work will be performed according to your request. As an experienced home inspector, nationally accepted, professional standards are observed, and standard guidelines for visual inspections are used. Here at HB Home Inspection, we pride our company on reliability, great communication, integrity and quality work. We are experts in our trade and will do our best to keep you as educated as we can to save you money on the purchase of your home, make you more money on the sale of your home, or save you from paying costly, out of pocket expenses/insurance claims on your already purchased home. As far as pricing goes, he was about 50% cheaper than any other company I talked to. He is very reasonably priced, hard working, very friendly and did a good job. He is very open with information that helped us make additional changes in our remodeling efforts. They were very helpful in getting the project done. I would recommend Howard to anyone over any other professional.

I could not be more pleased! The quality and service was top notch! Howard installed my 88 cabinet pulls throughout our new house and new cabinetry. Too say I was nervous about drilling holes into new cabinets would be putting it mildly. My husband and I had planned on doing the install ourselves, but after seeing the amount of work and complexity, I am so relieved we hired HB Home Inspection! Best decision ever! Our builder assured us the home had been inspected twice by them and once by an independent inspector. After experiencing some problems with the home, we decided to spend the money and have the home inspected before our one year warranty expired. We learned that we bought a well built home, but some construction defects were discovered. Since we had a detailed report and photographs, the builder corrected the problems. Spending the money for the inspection saved us future repair bills.
