WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH JOE MARTIN'S CUSTOMER SERVICE. HE IS TRULY A NICE GUY AND DOES A FANTASTIC JOB GETTING OUT TOUGH SPOTS. HE IS ALWAYS ABLE TO GET ME AN APPOINTMENT WITHIN A WEEK FROM THE TIME I CALL.
