I knew it would be expensive but had never put much money into the truck. They did a great job. Just got back from the trip, not a single problem in all those miles!
The funny thing is another place had recommended brakes but Hotchkiss Automotive was able to show me that the brakes were just fine and in no way needed replaced. I have used Hotchkiss Automotive for all my auto repair needs in the last four years since we moved to the area. I have found them to be 100% honest. They are not cheap but then I don't want my auto repair going to the lowest bidder!

I went in for a diagnostic scan. They showed me the results. I felt that very confident with the results that they explained to me. I have had dealings with them in the past and trusted their evaluation. I made the appointment for the repairs on 12/8/11 and the work was completed within the agreed-ed upon date. 3 days. I was very pleased. The vehicle is running like a charm. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. I found them to be very dependable and trustworthy.

I have been taking my cars to Hotchkiss Automotive for almost 10 years. I've had everything from oil changes to transmission replacements done there. They go out of their way to get me in if I have an automotive emergency, and when I have a small repair or need an oil change, they get me an appointment as soon as possible, usually within the week. The prices are reasonable and they will give an estimate before they fix anything. Ray and his employees are polite and personable and, one of the most important things to me, they have NEVER treated me like an "ignorant woman". When they talk to me about my car, they tell me like I understand what they are telling me, and respectfully answer any questions I may have. I have never been disappointed or had to take my car back to be re-repaired. They know their stuff. Hotchkiss Auto is a busy place, so if you decide to take your vehicle there, and they can't get you in right away, give them a chance. They will get you in as soon as they can and you won't be disappointed.
