NDC Builders

I began interviewing contractors in October 2015. My first choice among the three that I interviewed. NDC Builders does custom homes and small projects as well like decks and additions. The owner and general contractor was Phil Shipman who was very communicative and responsive to questions. I admired most his attention to details and open lines of making informed decisions about building options. To save some money I supplied the windows for the project. Phil had very good sub contractors and the project proceeded steadily often working around difficult mountain weather. The project stayed on budget and change orders were carefully vetted as budget changes were put into writing to keep up with planned expenses.The quality of work was superb and the final product met all of our expectations. I plan to use NDC Builders in the future and would highly recommend Phil Shipman to other home owners who want a reliable contractor.
