Everything was fast and easy, kind courteous and prompt.

Perfect company! So easy and informational ! They were so nice and local, too. From start to finish, it was nice, all the way to clean up. Wouldn't even know they were there except for the obvious dust from the work. Would forsure hire again, if we needed work at another house. ???

Horrible experience all around. paid $20,000 for waterproofing for my basement and the first contractors were so stoned they couldn’t even respond to basic questions. They cut our cable line outside and when we asked if they would pay if there was a repair fee they started threatening us to the point that we called the police. (I know where you live now bit#h) Everdry sent another crew and they were much better but accidentally punched multiple holes in the siding of our house. Everdry refused to fix the holes and we eventually had our homeowners insurance cover it and they went after Everdry themselves. They also put multiple holes in the walls of our basement because they kept drilling in the wrong place and just filled it with spray foam. We also have always had a working wood burner in our basement and we mentioned that during consultation. Well after one year of use the waterproofing material is melting and becoming a massive fire hazard. We had them come out again under our warranty and they want to charge us $900 now when they installed the incorrect materials. Horrible company. Also, all those “amazing“ reviews you are seeing is because the company gives $50 gift cards for every positive review online.

It's been 2 years and the basement is dry and odor free exactly as promised. The service was professional, efficient and very courteous. You made Mom happy so then everyone is happy. Everything is working fine as it should be. Thanks for a job well done. C. Young on behalf of Nancy Young.
