Evan was initially very responsive and helpful. Things were going smoothly until we found a place. Once we decided to go with him for the loan, we had ran into some issues. He did have personal issues that took him away from the loan. We never had communication with him after we agreed to go with him. The inspection was not initially ordered on time so it had to be rushed. We had to work with someone new on his team who was put in a bad position. Neither one of them were at closing so we did not meet them face to face once. At closing after we had signed all the paper work we received a call saying they needed more documentation or they were not going to approve the loan. This was really embarrassing for me at the closing table after they had already sent a clear to close the day before. After we closed they did no follow up. All of these issues would not have been a big deal if there was more communication or if there was any follow up. Instead it felt like we were just another customer to him. The loan did go through but I wish we would have went with someone else.
