About us

Serving South Denver, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock and surrounding communities since 1997. Our owner and chief tech is an Electrical Engineer with over 33 years computer experience (yes, he worked on his first computer in 1977 as a teenager!). We don't charge trip charges except for North of I-70, west of Conifer, south of Larkspur and east of Franktown. We serve both home users and small businesses. And have experience with setup and maintenance of Windows Server 2000, 2003 and 2008.

We recently experienced a complete loss of all of our information on our home computer. Charlie knew immediately what was wrong, and with a few clicks of the right keys he had us back in business. He stayed and cleaned up a lot of other small problems I was having, due to my lack of computer sense. He was very friendly and professional and exactly on time as promised. I'm sure we will be needing him again, and have his card handy, as he would be the first person I 'd call.

Do not hire this company for any computer services. He clearly does not know enough about printers, misplaces accessories and does not take responsibility, and is not upfront about charges ($120/hour).

GENTLEMEN WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT COMPUTERS. EXPLAINED THINGS AS HE WENT ALONG SO I WOULD NEED HOW TO USE VARIOUS PROGRAMS AFTER HE LEFT. WAS VERY HELPFUL WITH EMAIL AND USE OF CAMERA.
