The windshield replacement went very well. There were no delays or compilations.

Everything was done properly and promptly.

It probably was fine. I think I am going to have a new glass and I don't think I am going to choose them. It may not be their fault, I don't know. It wasn't too good an experience. I don't know that anything was their fault. It was this tiny little chip that I couldn't even see but he said, 'Yeah, it's here' and then it started cracking. But he did try to fix it, it just doesn't appear that it really worked. I don't know, it might have just been bad luck. The price was good. The end result is I have a cracked windshield again. I just don't feel good about it because I am going to get another windshield. They were good enough but I didn't like the results. They were nice.

They could have been neater with the glue.

The molding around the windshield windshield sticks up -- it does not lay flat. They also didn't come prepared - they had the the incorrect windshield. They also didn't install tinted windshields as we had requested.

They have a prompt service, professional and give attention to details.

The only downside was the windshield wipers I told them I didn't need but were still brought to my location. The cost of the windshield was covered by insurance.

I had my windshield replaced. I said I would wait there, and was told it would be about 1 hr. After 1 1/2 hrs I asked how much longer, and the woman acted like she had no idea. It tuned out that I had to wait an additional hour (total 2 1/2 hrs. approx.) and then they insisted that it had not been that long. I asked them to look at the paperwork, and upon seeing that I was correct, they were somewhat apologetic, but not overly concerned. I will definitely go elsewhere in the future.

Windshield broke on my Dodge Durango 2013 and needed to replace it through my insurance, claim inspector came out, assessed the damage and was claimable so they set me up with this provider, made quick appointment, convenient location and 2hrs later without paying a penny all done. They even transferred my National park sticker. Great work done.

I requested a quote online to have my windshield replaced. Called me and quoted the cost within the day. Scheduled an appointment for 1 week later to perform the job on my vehicle in the parking lot where I worked. Installation tech was prompt. Called me 30 min before arrival. Job was quick, painless and service tech was very professional.

I called and got a quote. They came out the same day and completed the work in the time frame they had given me. It was great getting the work done at my house as I couldn't drive the car for a couple of hours afterwards. The technician was very courteous.

The service was fine. Everything went according to plan. Everything was well done. They are pricier than some other places.

Super fast and efficient. Cracked my windshield on Sunday and they traveled out to me on Monday to fix. Very friendly and job looks great.

Every aspect of my interaction was professional, efficient and easy. Person who answered the phone and assisted me with insurance and appt was pleasant and knowledgeable, woman who greeted me at office was professional and courteous, mechanics who did the work were pleasant when they came to ask me a few questions, and information at the end about not slamming the doors and leaving windows cracked was substantive and not something I would have thought about. Cleaning the inside of my care and the exterior of windows was a nice surprise. Free glass cleaner was a nice touch, too. Did not rate the cost because service was covered by my insurance. Only paid deductible.

I used them in July 2010. They came right out and did it at the house. I found out that the defroster didn't work in the back window they that put in so I called them and they came right back out to fix it.

FAST - EFFICIENT - HIGH QUALITY WORK - COURTEOUS. We were a drive-in w/o an appointment on a very busy day. Safelite requested our insurance info, called the insurance company and after I spoke with the claims agent, we received an immediate authorization. My auto policy covered this with no cost to me. When we were approved, Safelite began work immediately and we were in and out in less than one hour. The service was superb - beyond expectations. The job was done on a morning when they were very busy. The waiting room was full of people - at least 12 cars and everyone was being handled rapidly it appeared. I wish other merchants would take a lesson from the way this store was managed and how they treat customers. We used this store about 3 years ago for a replacement of a cracked windshield and that experience was the same as we received today. I would not go anywhere else for glass repair or replacement.

They performed the service the same day. We set a time and they were very punctual. The provider was pleasant and experienced. The service was performed quickly.

Very well. They came to my house and did the repair in my driveway. They gave a wide install time window, but I asked that the installer call before coming over and they did.

On-time & very professional. Gave quality a B for two reasons: 1) I had to point out that the trim around the windows (that he had to remove to change the glass) on both cars was not quite back on right. He fixed it right away, but he was about to leave until I caught it. 2) I don't feel that the wipers are as good as he said they are - I recall him telling me that they were an "upgraded" version that typically only auto glass guys can get... but, I think I'll just change back to the Rain-X version next time they need replacing.

I found them in Angie's list and called to get an estimate. They asked about my insurance, and I learned to my surprise that the work would be covered by my insurance (in a previous state, glass was a separate rider which I was told was not available in CO). They transferred my call to my insurance company, who completed the process to have them do the work and set up an appointment for me that day. I had originally been planning to have only one chip repaired, as the second one did not go all the way through the glass. Nonetheless they found the second chip and repaired it as well. The repair took a little longer than the quoted 30 - 45 minutes because of the second repair. I had the work done at their facility.

They did a great job. My only issue is that I which they carried a little shop vac with them because afterwards there are tiny shards of glass everywhere. I even found some in the back seat. Had I not looked first I would have sat on them. I wouldn't ever expect them to detail the car but a quick vacuum would have been great.
