Ridgeline design build

We have had Steve Smyth and his company Ridgeline Design Build do a variety of work for us, our family and friends, over the last 18 years. The first project was a leaking shower pan in our master bath, The shower was replaced, the rest of the bath was beautifully remodeled, and the ceiling below the shower was repaired. Steve built a compartment into our garage and converted a closet on the second floor to accommodate movement from the first floor to the second floor for an elevator. He managed the install of the elevator. Steve's company built a beautiful roof over our large deck. It blended into our house seamlessly. The south facing deck is now usable anytime of day in any weather. We recently did a complete new kitchen and powder room remodel. All the baseboards in the house were replaced. The entire house was repainted, including all the walls, windows, doors and baseboards. The wood floors were sanded and refinished. Some carpet was replaced. We were very pleased at how quickly this was all completed. We love our updated home. Ridgeline finished a beautiful basement for our daughter. Our office got a makeover with new cabinets, counters, shelves, flooring and painting. Miscellaneous jobs have included repairing siding on our house, painting the outside, repairing windows and replacing a sidewalk from the driveway to the backyard. Certainly there were instances where changes needed to be made, and a few delays, but they were all taken care of to our satisfaction. We felt comfortable having his workers and subcontractors in our home. We will continue to use Steve for any work we need to have done. We have recommended Steve Smyth and his capable company Ridgeline Design Build to several friends and will continue to do so.
