WARRANING!!!! I have had this company out to my house 5 times to replace the water line from the ice cube maker. In the process of fixing the water line they damaged both the refrigerator and freezer door. They lost parts to the refrigerator door. I have had to take 5 days of work off. They are just bleeding Samsung for money and I am being harmed in the process. Samsung will not close out my file until they have completed the work.

They are Samsung's only authorized repair facility in Denver. The guys that came out to repair my refrigerator were good guys in general. They made six trips to my house to repair my refrigerator over a two month period. The good news was my repair was under warranty. The bad news I had to deal with Samsung which was ridiculous. Why did it take two months to repair my refrigerator… That's a great question. There was no coordination between the repair shop and Samsung. Part of the problem was misdiagnosis, part of the problem was lack of coordination from One Stop, and a large part of the problem was Samsung.

The only thing I would point out is the desire for a more narrow time window. I received a day and 8 to 5 time window. I would have preferred 4 hour time window so I would not have to wait all day. Otherwise the service was excellent, professional and friendly.

Called One Stop on Friday, May 2, 2014 after talking to Samsung warranty service. Thought maybe I have left a wrong phone number, so I called back some 2 hours later and left another message. I did not receive a return call on either May 2 or May 3. I called again on Monday morning, May 5, 2014 and talked to the owner who scheduled an appointment for Thursday, May 8, 2014. The One Stop serviceman called on May 7, 2014 and ask if he could come that day for the repair. I agreed and he came that the morning of May 7 and completed the repair in about 20 minutes. He was both knowledgeable and professional, but not his company. See the following. In my initial call I explained that I had arrived home on Thursday evening, May 1, 2014, to find my side by side refrigerator/freezer completely thawed out and that I needed to get it fixed as soon as possible. One Stop is the only authorized Samsung service provider in the Denver metro area. They made no attempt to call me back. In fact, when I called again on Monday, the owner did not even acknowledge my prior calls. I would probably use One Stop again only because they are the only authorized Samsung repairman.

This whole experience was extremely frustating because we couldn't contact the company.  They did not return phone calls or messages.  So we never knew what they were doing, if they were still working to get the part and if they were actually going to fix the problem.  Not knowing and not being able to contact them, we almost took the microwave to another service provider when after 3 weeks they finally called to say they were going to come out to fix the problem. This was after Sharp contacted them on our behalf.

This company does not respond to phone calls or messages. ?It took several (5 -6 ) tries to contact them, other than voice mail, which were not answered. ?Once an appointment was set up the tech, Steve, came, with a 3 hour window, but couldn't fix the microwave. ?He came another day but the switch he had was defective so it didn't work. ?He said he'd call us in the AM to let us know what was happening. ?Three weeks later, and MANY phone calls later,?he came again to fix microwave. ?I was so concerned because we had already paid part of his fee, that I contacted the 800 number for Sharp appliances. ?They called this company numerous times and even emailed them, all without a response.?

our Samsung induction range/convection oven quit working after 10 months, it gave us an error code, we call Samsung for the warranty, they referred us to One Stop Appliance Repair.
Jason contacted us, got the information on the error code, so he knew what part we needed, came at the agreed on time, fixed the range with no fuss, no mess and it works great!
that's how it should be done!, thanks Jason!

This is my second experience with One-Stop Appliance Repair (i really must remember to close the laundry room door when storms are threatening!).  They are the only authorized dealer of Samsung parts in Denver.  Jason is quite nice, and he has always managed to squeeze me into the schedule the same week, and they stock most of the commonly used parts (like washer drain hoses!).  They are also very conscientious about your house -- they put little booties on their shoes to protect your floors, and clean up any water draining.  Jason re-leveled everything after the repair (moving a washer always requires re-leveling).  The only tricky part (and the reason for the B in one category) is talking to them live.  Whenever i call them (which has been 3 times in the last year), i always get voice-mail, and we have to play several rounds of phone tag before we get anything set up.  But it's worth the hassle for the good quality service (and access to those hard-to-find Samsung parts!)

I have a Samsung dryer that stopped heating. I used another provider on Angie's List to fix it and it cost almost $300. The same problem happened again 6 weeks later to I called One Stop Appliance. They were busy and It took 5 days for them to come out but they fixed it the same day for over $100 less than the other provider. They were professional and very kind. I would use them again.
