Metro Screenworks

Delivery was timely and smooth. Instructions included are terrible - online video is not helpful either. We did finally get the thing installed, but we would have benefitted from concise, clear instructions or video. Someone has made one on You Tube, which is very good, but it was only for the single door and we got the one for French Doors. Seems very expensive for what you get.

This is perhaps the worst experience with a business I've ever had. I ordered a new screendoor for my patio. Before it arrived, I received an email from the company telling me to inspect the door while FEDEX was still present and if anything was wrong to ACCEPT the package and then contact the company. The new door had a hole in the screen. I took a picture and contacted Metro Screenworks. They told me I could bring it in--which I couldn't do without hiring a truck or delivery service because the door is far too large for my SUV--or they would send me a repair kit. I explained that I ordered a NEW door not a door with a hole in the screen. They would not refund my money or provide me with an intact new screendoor. This company has absolutely no customer service. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. WARN YOUR FRIENDS.

One screen was delayed but eventually completed

Excellent - the service rep was prompt and efficient. He set up outside and had the entire project done in a couple of hours. The new screens look wonderful and appear to be much better quality than what was there before.

I was impressed how easy their website was to use and how fast I received my screens on the East Coast (about five days after ordering).  I had no issues with the process or the product and will keep them in mind for future screen purchases.

Metro Screenworks surpassed my expectations on all levels. With one phone call, they came out quickly to assess the condition of window screens throughout my home. We determined that new screens were needed. They took all of the measurements and then went out of their way to make sure the new screens were installed within a week and before an important event at my home. I would not hesitate to use Metro Screenworks again.

We purchased a home for our son to rent from us.  It was a fix and flip deal and when we saw there were no screens on the windows, we contacted the sellers and they claimed to have the screens stored somewhere but never came up with them.  We called a few companies to get estimates, but Metro Screenworks was one of the few companies that could give an estimate over the phone and also on their website.  Since we wanted the measuring and installation done, they gave us an estimate for that, separate from the price of the screens.  They came out to measure within 2 days and the screens were installed 2 weeks from the measuring day.

I called and they qouted me a price of $75.  I brought the screen in to them and they priced the job again, at $75.  We looked it over together and discussed the condition of the wood and how it might hold up to the operation.  They did the job in a few days with no problems.  It is nicely rescreened and they were able to take off and put back on all the wood strips of molding with no damage.  I am very pleased with their work and their straight forward way of assessing the job honestly.
