The installer Junior Brungardt did an outstanding job. He was very punctual and polite. He finished in a timely manner and explained the operations thoroughly. I would definitely use Liberty Home Products again.

Retractable Awning was ordered on June 4, 2013, and 50% payment made at that time.  Contract "guaranteed" installation on June 27, 10:00 to 12:00 a.m.  At 11:00 a.m. on July 26 we got a call from Liberty informing us that the awning could not be installed as scheduled and that delivery could not be scheduled at that date.  When we questioned this we were told "Well, it's not our fault.  Our supplier is out of your fabric."  We pointed out that their supplier problems were not our issue.  At that point, a poorly trained Liberty employee told us "Well, it's not our problem, these things just happen."  Since we were leaving on July 10 for vacation, we were told they definitely could install by July 22.  We returned on July 19 with no phone calls or emails regarding install information.  We left a message on Saturday, July 20 that we needed information regarding installation.  On Monday morning, July 22, our message was returned by the same poorly trained Liberty employee stating:  "I got a message that you want to check on your install...Well, it's only 7:40 a.m. and your install isn't scheduled till 8:00 a.m.," followed by "You people!  I don't know what you expect!"  I was floored by this response.  I told her that the message was left on Saturday.  Again, her response was unbelievable:  "Well it was his fault if he did not leave a time and date of his message."  I suggested that Liberty needed to provide her with some serious customer-relations training.

Excellent overall: Initial appointment. Met.  Confirmation of order.  Received.  Measurement appointment. Met. Installation appointment. Met.  SO NICE to deal with a local business with kind and knowledgeable staff.  Oh, and the product is fine, too.  Only issue: left some bolts on the driveway.

I really haven't a clue as to how they qualify price wise but I am really happy with the product.

We like everything about them, they are excellent.

Work went well, a little on the pricey side but they had some more reasonably priced choices of doors. The one that we picked was expensive. They were very quick and professional.

The end result was wonderful. The window well covers are high quality. I had to call them several times however, to find out when they would come out to measure them and then again to find out when they would be installed.

This is the third home where I've used Liberty's storm doors. The doors are high quality, the price is reasonable, and the service has always been first rate. The salesperson makes a visit to the home to discuss options and take the order. Another representative comes back to measure in a few days. The installers arrived about four weeks after the order and the doors were installed within 90 minutes. Everything looks good.

Sales presentation excellent! Installation Team prompt, efficient, diligent, intelligent, excellent work ethics. I am very satisfied I made the right choice. The product is as represented and more.

VERY PLEASED WITH THE AWNING. THEY DELIVERED ON TIME AND IT IS A GREAT AWNING. SALESPERSON WAS VERY PLEASANT - NOT HIGH PRESSURE. AWNING IS EASY TO USE.
