The old decking was taken down and because deck added about 8 ft new footers to hold the weight of the deck was needed. Aron worked closely with structural engineer to add new footing. Because of the height of deck, new steps were needed and they were built on site to accommodate the new design. The new decking turned out great! Aron is very detailed and a true professional in the business.

I was so pleased with the outcome, I had him give me a quote on my kitchen and he's starting it next week. Not only did they do my basement for the price he quoted, I changed a couple of things and thought OK here's where things have gone wrong in the past. But, with Aron, he was honest, told me what it would cost, why it cost that but most important, stuck to the number he gave me. In addition to the money side of things, everyone Aron sent over was on time and very professional. Even when the weather set the job back a couple of days, Aron was on the phone with me letting me know when they would make up the time. Sure enough, they finished 2 days earlier than planned.

Mr. Kendrick gave me a competitive bid and completed my remodel project on time and on budget. He selected, managed and personally inspected work from all contractors including roofing, electrical, mechanical and concrete work. Additionally, he consulted with me on unexpected issues and solved them in a timely manner. He personally completed some tasks to ensure a quality outcome. Mr. Kendrick kept me informed from start to finish. Upon completion, remaining debris was cleaned up and removed.
