JM Heating & Air

This is the WORST CONTRACTOR I have ever had unfortunate experience of dealing with. They were hired to add 7 heat ducts, a dryer vent, and a couple combustion air vents to my basement I was finishing. They installed 5 heat ducts (did a terrible job) refused to add the other 2 vents, and refused to make all the repairs I requested. The total job was $1600, I paid them $1300 and told them I would pay the rest once the work was completed. THEY REFUSED TO COMPLETE THE WORK AND THEN FILED A LIEN ON MY PROPERTY 3 DAYS LATER. I now get to hire a lawyer and fight them in court.

Excellent work. Very competitively priced., very short wait for install as well. Very professional, and courteous. Jason and team did a solid job for us. He had recommended moving to a 5 ton American Standard system which I decided to swap the furnace out to have them configured as a 'matched pair' to eliminate any compatibility concerns or inefficiencies. After about 5 months now, so far so good. Unfortunately (or fortunately depending on how you look at it) temperatures have been fairly mild since we had the installation this past summer (8/17), so while we have noticed a good decrease in our electricity usage, we believe that is more to do with the weather than the new HVAC setup. Everything is still humming along great though, and comfort levels in the house are excellent. The unit ties in with a smart thermostat that we had with our previous HVAC system, so we can control it from pretty much anywhere we have an internet connection as well. Nice to keep the temperatures at levels using less energy while away and then set it to a comfortable level when heading back.

It went very well. Jason responded promptly to the initial email. Called us to discuss the trouble we were having, made an appointment to come over, kept in touch by phone to let us know where he was and exactly when he would be here. He was polite, knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and overall just a nice person. I would use him and his company again without hesitation. And, have talked about him with friends in case they need the kind of services the company provides.

Went very well.  It took Jason only a few minutes to determine what the problem was.  He had to leave to buy the part, was back and had the work finished within an hour.  Outstanding service.

Jason was prompt, professional, and skilled. He did what he said he would do and completed the work when he promised to have it done. I am very pleased with his work. I got several quotes; he was very competitive. At the same time this project was occurring I began to have a problem with my hot water heater. He took the time to do an assessment and made a recommendation that saved me an expensive repair bill that wasn't necessary, and at no extra charge. I will definately use JM Heating and Air again.

Awesome!  Jason answers and returns phone calls promptly.  He stays with a problem until he discovers its origin.  He doesn't guess like some places who just want to charge you to start trying to replace parts.  He is friendly, honest and his price quotes are right on and very fair.  He's just one of those guys you want to recommend to everyone.

He came in, got to work right away and found a difficult leak to detect because it was so small.  He gave me a fair price and stayed on the fix until it was done right.  If you need a great technician at a fair price, call Jason.
