Homeowner Concierge

After the 1st day of kitchen demo, various workers were supposed to come the next 3 days to start other projects. No one came or called & the owner would not return texts or calls in a timely manner. I would wait around all day for nothing. When workers would decide to show up the came late & left early. The owner would not communicate with us. We specifically said we wanted the hood centered over the island. After the hood was in place & the ceiling closed he told us it was off center & he was just going to change the cabinet configuration without our approval??? Crown molding was put around the top of the cabinets. There are nails sticking out everywhere & it is uneven in several corners. We gave all the specs & model numbers for the appliances we already purchased & were waiting in the garage to install. Apparently he did not research this information because a 220 outlet was needed. When he saw the outlet needed to be replaced we were informed this was now our problem to figure out?!?!? We also prepaid for cabinets & doors that he will not give us. And most of the construction trash was left in our garage. We have a huge list of projects that were not completed or done very poorly. We have tried contacting Dan several times with no response. We decided to go with this company because of the time frame they could get it done. This was all a lie to get our business. It has been a month now with no response & I have not had a kitchen for 2 months.
