Highlands Ranch CO Samsung Repair

Scheduling was easy and was given a 4 hour window when the repair person would arrive.  At the end of the 4 hours I received a phone call that he was running late and would be there in an hour.  Three hours later he shows up, does his diagnosis and orders the part. Original service was done on Wednesday and the part was to be in on Friday, but we planned on being out of town for the weekend, so we scheduled the repair for Monday.   Monday came and no phone call - called the repair person and no answer, left voicemail.  Called dispatch, they where no help, as they told me to call the repair person.   On Tuesday I tried calling the repair person - no answer again, left a lengthy message (if you know what I mean).   Finally the repair person calls me on Wednesday and tells me the part hasn't showed up yet (was to be overnighted the previous Friday...)   I get into a discussion about keeping the customer up to date and setting expectations - etc..  New date for repair is Friday - but Friday comes and goes - no call.   I call them again on Saturday yada yada yada -  Guy says he got the part on Friday - but of coarse no phone call to tell me this and to reschedule the appt....    New appt is now for Monday -  he actually shows up on time and fixes the appliance a week later than the original scheduled date.

Replaced the boot on the washing machine - ?leaking.
