Beryl spent an extraordinary amount of time with us to select fabric, she made multiple visits to our house both for consultation as well as for measurements and final installation. Not only was she wise in the choice of fabric materials and patterns, she was conscientious of our budget and timeline. You can also she had the respect, and friendship, of a number of the employees at different fabric shops/vendors. When consider all of the time and consultation, as well as the excellence and creativity in the actual work done, she is worth the investment if you are doing down the road of custom drapes. The price quoted in this review also includes hardware and a custom bedspread with throw pillows. We do intend to use her again for additional drapes in the family room and kitchen.

Beryl is wonderfully creative. She met with us a couple of times to determine what we had in mind and how much creative autonomy she would have. After consulting with us regarding fabric and the environment we wanted to create, she returned with a number of recommendations from which we were to choose. We made our choices and she left with the fabric to return in a little over six weeks to install the furnishings. Six weeks might seem like a long time but, consider that she was using fabric that was not cut to her specifications, we believe this was a more difficult task than starting with raw materials from a fabric store. We were quite happy with the timing. When we saw the results, we were ecstatic with the result! Everything is subtly elegant, worthy of a double take. A word about Beryl's creativity - she is an accomplished professional and presented ideas that were refreshingly unique and different. For example, she covered each button with the pattern in the fabric so each button was a stands out on its own. The detail in Beryl's work is extraordinary! She used every bit of fabric even surprising me by using the beautiful lining of a valance from my bedroom drapes. We could not believe our eyes when the work was done.

She fashioned window treatments for our family room, dining room, eat-in kitchen, and the master bed room using material we brought with us from our former home.

One of Beryl's strongest points is how well she listens and works with the customer to create a product that is exactly what the customer wants. She even met us at some fabric and furniture stores (at our request) to help us pic some things out.
She delivered far above our expectations and was an absolute joy to work with. She's just a great person with an incredible work ethic. and we can't recommend her strongly enough!

I learned about Beryl when I asked the ladies at fabric store to recommend someone to make draperies for my living room.  They told me to contact Beryl, saying she was one of the best.  THEY WERE RIGHT.  After I contracted Beryl, she started the process by visiting  my home to see the room,  discuss options and measure the windows.
Then we went shopping to find fabrics and hardware. This is all a part of her service, no extra charge for her shopping and design time.  Her goal was to design (with my input), draperies that were unique, beautiful and would make me happy.  She really delivered.  The fabrication was perfect.  While fabricating the draperies, Beryl stayed in touch, calling with updates.  I also visited her workshop, to see and approve her design, as she sewed the draperies.    I am so happy with the finished product.  Beryl created beautiful draperies that are unique.  Plus Beryl is really fun and easy to work with.   She did everything she said she would do in the time frame  promised.    Friends and family love the draperies. I highly recommend Beryl.  You will be happy with the results.  Beryl makes the whole job easy.  In fact she just started a new project for me.

I contacted Beryl to design and make a window treatment that was unique and made a statement as soon as my customers walked in the front door. Wow did she ever deliver. She combined different fabrics and trims to make a gorgeous drapery that I am so proud of. Not only is it stunning but the workman ship is impeccable. I told her to pick out the fabric and design the treatment and it was like she read my mind. She also installed the cornices and draperies as part of the package. I highly recommend Beryl especially if you are a novice at window treatments and need help from the design to installations.
