Justin Kast...home owners champion. A tight budget and short notice didn't sway Justin from taking on our inspection. Communicated very well, arrived on time, did what he said, explained what he did. A fair price that didn't knave us needing a third loan...j/s. The inspection came back quickly and well delivered, along with radon test results and a Sewer scope. Justin was key to our decision to buy the home. A review doesn't seem fair for what we received so I'll close with this thought....if he accepts my offer to do so....I'll be inviting him for our open house after we're settled in.

This man called me back when I was in a panic after I had found mold in my dadâ s basement, I was worried about my father living in unsafe conditions. Justin did not take advantage of this emotional state, and instead gave me the information needed to protect my investment. Justin wanted to help me save money. I also liked that he explained the process as he was working, and gave me tips on how to get a jump on mitigating. Affordable, helpful, reassuring. I recommend.
