Antonio serviced our 40 year old garage doors. The service was outstanding! He carefully inspected & lubricated our system. Did not try to upsell or add any charges. The price was fair & the work efficient. He showed up on time. We are very pleased!

We've had work done multiple times by Advanced Door Works, and there honestly is no better set of technicians than theirs. Ned recently replaced our springs in April 2021, and was extremely knowledgeable, professional and had us fixed in no time (all at a very reasonable price). Our most recent call was due to damage to the door from our teenage daughter backing into it. Tony quickly diagnosed and did what he could to get the door functioning again and due to the age of the door and type of damage, walked me through the replacement process, quote, etc. While home maintenance costs are tough, I really feel their prices are reasonable and backed by depth of knowledge of their trade. They stand behind their work and are truly exemplary! Pros: They are easy to get scheduled, and always on time. Their advice is logical, sound, and considerate of the cost situation. Technicians are professional and high integrity. Highly Recommend!

Incredible service: here's what happened; it snowed two feet, & our garage door broke. I put in a request for a quote & very soon after, Ben called & put me in touch with Advanced Door Works' dispatcher, Amber, who let me know someone would be out that afternoon & she even apologized that they couldn't get out sooner. The repairman, Ned (really nice guy, gentle giant), dug out of his long driveway, drove 70ish miles, one way, & arrived exactly when Amber said he would. The door, which was messed up bad, was fixed in 30 minutes for a very fair price. These guys are awesome. My garage door is nearly 40 years old. When I replace it, I'm calling Advanced Door Works.

It went great! Ryan came out and he was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the garage door openers, their workings, and installation. He was very professional and friendly, and was able to answer all our questions, and even gave us a few very helpful hints about garage door openers. We will call them again if we need help with the garage door &/or opener again. We will absolutely refer others to them. Great job, Ryan, thank you so much.

The company answered when I called and Ned was at my home within an hour. Ned replaced the springs on my double overhead garage door. He was knowledgeable and courteous and new exactly what he was doing, explaining the steps as he went along. I would hire again.

After running some errands I returned home and parked in the garage. As the garage door was closing I heard a very loud bang. One of the springs had broken rendering the door inoperable. I called Advanced Door Works and within two hours they had one of their repair men, Don, at my house. Don replaced both springs and got the door operational but realized the door needed some additional fine tuning. It was the end of the day but he promised to return the next morning to get things working perfectly. Next morning at 9:00 AM Don and Ben arrived and spent better than an hour fine tuning door opening, closing and overall balance. They did a great job, were very professional and I will definitely call them again if I need garage door service.

Ned came within the two hour window, got the install done in less than 45 minutes! I've had other work done by them and it's always been a great experience. Great pricing, great value and no gouging!!!

Ned showed up on time and took time to tune up the doors and both openers. He was great to talk to and was very friendly and professional. Both doors and openers are working so much better now. Would definitely hire them again for any and all garage door work.

Ned arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem - he has an ear for garage door issues! He got the doors running smoothly again and then did various checks and adjustments to make them run even better. Great, efficient and professional

My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 pm, and Ben arrived right on time. I explained that I had recently added insulation to the garage door and the additional weight had caused the door to become unbalanced. Ben indicated that he could adjust the springs but that the additional force might shorten the life of the springs. The springs were adjusted about 1/4 turn and the door now holds position when unhooked from the drive trolley. The whole process, including a quick inspection of door rollers, took about half an hour.

Our garage door spring broke late yesterday and we called Advanced Door Works. The scheduler worked to fit us in for repair today which was great. Ben was out right at the time promised and did a great job repairing the spring and adjusting the garage door. I could not be happier with the scheduling and prompt repair and will definitely use them again!

EXCELLENT! On time, offered helpful comments to keep door running smoothly, programmed remotes and car remotes.

I responded to their offer of $90 for tune-up and roller replacement- and would exclude repairs in that price-Ben performed the tune up and noticed an existing element was installed incorrectly-he rectified that and replaced the existing wiring along with adjustments and explained his work to me.This was all included in the $90 price. I would definitely use this company again for any issues with the garage door.

I found an Angie's list deal to service the opener and replace the rollers with Advanced Door works. Ned came out, replaced the nut bolt, made sure all the other bolts were secured, replaced the 10 rollers on the garage door and lubricated everything. He was very respectful of my home and my time, and I'll definitely be calling this company again. I had initially called a different company. They quoted a $50 service call, and $149 per hour for the repair, and that didn't include parts. The Angie's list deal saved me over $100 and I'm confident that my garage door opener will work properly for many years.

Great customer service on the phone, quick response time and arrived when promised. Ben was great to work with. Gave me options and thoroughly explained new equipment. Would use again and highly recommend.

Was given a 10-12 time slot and Ben arrived at 10. He explained the problem (worn out & frayed main shaft gear on a system installed 23 yrs ago) and gave me several options for repair. I took the least expensive this time due to time constraints but was given helpful info to check out 3 new garage door systems which I will choose from for fall installation. Ben also programmed a new remote for me. Great service, only took an hour and best of all, door now works again! Really great company, great service, great technicians.

Ned was great. Came out the same day I called. On time. Very professional. Performed the repair and everything is working as expected.

I called for a quote and the price was in line with the going rate for spring replacement. The person who answered the phone was professional and helpful. They arranged for a next day appointment from 12-2. The technician showed up at about 1:00 and had the door fixed and working again within 30 minutes. He lubed the hinges and wheels, and tested and adjusted the up and down limits. He told me about the warranty (2 year) and performance guarantee (30 days for any problems with the door) and even gave me a ball-park quote on replacing my old worn out doors with new insulated doors. He was very personable and professional. I'll definitely call them again if I have any problems.

2nd time working with Advanced Door Works and both times they were courteous, professional, prompt, honest, and did good work. I may have been able to save a couple of bucks by going with someone else but I prefer a company I can trust. Thanks guys

I called at 9am and they were able to got me in at 2pm. They did the work quickly and with no trouble. I was even showed how and why the spring broke. Great service!

Went fine fixed in about 15 minutes. Opener need reset. Then he lubricated door. Reasonable, professional and timely.

Great. Ben pointed out that our closers were old and gave us a description of the features that the new ones have and quoted a price, but did not put any pressure on us to buy. We decided to have new closers installed and he included any adjustment and repair to other parts in the price he quoted. He then gave us a very thorough training on the openers.
