these guys saved my house. they were so nice and respectful as we lost everything. they helped us move large furniture and stayed at my house until 1 a.m. until they knew everything was ok. the guys were so nice. in the days after our flood, steve came and assessed the damage. he was honest and explained everything. he calmed our nerves and told us exactly what the next steps were. i highly recommend Flood Masters. We got so lucky with this company.

It was fine.  We called them at 10:00 p.m. on a Thursday and they were there within an hour.  They wrapped up the job in two or three days which seemed fast to me, given that we had three inches of water in our basement.  We were pretty satisfied.

I got three bids. This one was in the middle, but they had the best score on the bbb.org site so I picked them. I called the salesperson a few days before to let him know they wouldn't need to vacuum first because my cleaning service would do it. Without my having to ask, he bumped $100 off of my estimate. The workers arrived right on time and immediately asked me to show them all the trouble spots. They wore protective booties on their feet and were very respectful. It only took them a couple of hours to pre-treat, work on the trouble spots, and steam clean all the carpets in my home (about 1000 square feet). I was very surprised that they were able to get some of the worst areas clean -- even some mysterious tar-looking substance that I had tried several times to clean myself. Overall, they did an excellent job and my carpets were dry in a couple of hours.

WE HAVE USED A CLEANER CARPET A NUMBER OF TIMES AFTER USING THEIR SERVICES IN A BROKEN WATER LINE PROJECT IN EARLY 2004. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
