Great. Another company had led me on for 4 days saying they could repair and then saying they couldn't. They mis-diagnosed the problem. John called me back in 45 minutes, met me at the house, determined it was my gas valve and had a replacement unit installed in an hour. I love the refreshing feeling that I didn't get taken advantage of on a service call. He didn't try to sell me a new furnace like the big companies. He minimized my cost and got things working. I will use SS3 for all future HVAC needs.
