I was home both times the glass was shattered so, I could prove they did it. The first year (2012) the company replaced the glass without too much arguing. When they shattered the glass in 2013, it was a different story. The owner, Curt Childress, rudely argued that I had broken the glass or was doing something to cause the glass to be broken. This is ludicris. I tried very hard to keep the rocks where they belong but the rain drainage often pushes them out into the yard. Who in their right mind break their own glass doors? I have lived here since 1997 and had glass broken only once in 2011 by another lawn servicer and they fixed it immediately without argument. Finally, after several weeks of argument and accusations from Mr. Childress, the company replaced the broken glass. Because Mr. Childress was so rude and accusatory, I ordered the HOA not to allow him to mow my yard anymore and I bought a small push mower and do it myself. Even though the yard is very small, it is difficult for me to mow it becuase it is old fashioned push mower and I am nearly 67 years old. The mower cost me $100 at Walmart and I now have to mow my own yard and still have to pay a monthly HOA fee which includes lawn mowing service for which I get no benefit. I would never hire Metro Gardens or refer the company to anyone else.

Initial meeting went great, have not heard anything from him since. Not sure if project was too big? Too small? He came highly recommended, I hope something unfortunate didn't happen that has not allowed him to respond.
