Factory Direct Carpet. I've been using Cheryl for all my rentals and all my carpet needs. Cheryl is professional. She's kind, she's respectful, she listens to what you have to say, Her carpet installers are very well professionals and do their job at a professional level. They're the only company I've seen you the power stretcher in all my jobs. I would highly recommend this company Factory Direct Carpet to anybody that's looking for carpet for their new home, for their rentals, for any repairs,

The good: cheryl was remarkably patient initially, came to town multiple times to show us samples, and we got a great deal on a top dollar berber carpet and luxury vinyl, plus the installers did a good job. The bad: they installed the wrong laminate product, and refused to accept responsibility for the mistake (I even showed her the order form with the SKU number as proof, and the SKU number from the box that that they installed, which were two different products). We ended up keeping the floor because they were 3/4 of the way through the job, but when I asked for a partial refund given the fact that the product they installed was sub-par to what we ordered, she refused, and ended up contacting the city inspector multiple times stating that we had done work without a permit (which we hadn't), and caused a muck with our painter, telling him that we were not going to pay him and were bad people. We paid them in full mostly because the situation was unstable, and we just wanted to be done with it. I hesitated to write this review, but would hate for someone else to have the same experience.
