Banning Enterprises took more than three months to do an excavation for small cabin. ALWAYS excuses for not coming - rain, looking for dog, air bnb cleaning, putting up cat enclosure, other projects, family issues, taking vacation........ Excuses don't excavate. Specific instructions given directly to Jeff Banning by owner of Foundation company on 8/15/24 were not followed, as of today, 9/03/24, excavation work has to be RE DONE!!!!!

"This review was from a friend and not a customer from Angie. Actual start date 7/11/2024 due to customer lack of readiness (permit renewel, site changes etc). Customer changed her mind multiple times on foundation type due to cost (too expensive). Went with the expensive option and insisted on us working with a local foundation contractor who was verbally abusive to us and very demanding. The contractor said he would be ready to pour in 2 weeks, that was changed to 4 days a few days later. My father was very ill, and he passed Labor Day weekend. Other customers have worked with us and have been supportive during this tough time."
