He cleaned the floors and spent a lot of time but did not get the carpet very clean. I went over the carpet with my vacuum and picked up a significant amount of dirt.

I have been using Stephan's Carpet Cleaning since we moved here in 2006. He does an outstanding job. He is meticulous in his work. He has a bit of an accent, but you get used to it. He is responsive when you call to schedule, he is prompt, thorough and very trustworthy. He is not inexpensive, but again, he does great work. He does all of his jobs himself as far as I know, so there is not miscellaneous people showing up to your house each time. He also does commercial jobs.
