Royal Gutters, Inc.

This company stole my money. I contacted them to install copper gutters. They provided me with a quote and asked for a 50% deposit which was $13,250.00 to order all the materials. That was in March of 2024. They never installed any gutters and just kept wasting my time with scheduling and never showing up. I kept calling trying to get them to come or at least give me my deposit back but they just ignored my calls. They are straight up THIEVES. They never ordered any materials for my project and just took my money and used it with no intention of ever doing my project. They had a bunch of excuses, no crews, no time, no trained guys, honestly anything. Eugene even told me some sob stories about how they are so religious and they help people? seems the only thing they do is steal and lie.

He did a good job.

The Royal Gutters team came out quickly to inspect a couple issues, and they got the underlying problems fixed once we scheduled a date for the team to come back. Highly recommend!

Very professional and friendly. Competitive prices and quality work. I emailed Ruben and he called within 30 minutes to set up an appointment for the next morning. We agreed to a price for Seamless Gutters and Downspouts (remove and replace) Crew was onsite the next day @ 8am. Work was complete and the crew was respectful of me and my property. Excellent all around. 100% recommend these guys!

They lied and took over a week to come back and clean up

Repair was more complicated than I originally thought, but they handled it with out any problem.

They need to work on their customer service, They never call me when they didn't show up on the original date, I had to call them 9-6-2023 9: 12 a.m.. they were suppose to be here at 9 a.m., The person I talked to did apologize. Plus I had to call them Tuesday 9-5-23 after leaving them a message and email Friday 8-30-23. They originally came out to my house 8-30 Then they show up at 3:15 p.m 9-6-23 at my house, no phone calls to let me know. Their workmanship is good. The men who did the job were very professional and very organized in their detail work. I would recommend this company to others

They did the work I requested, and didn't try to upsell me on work that didn't need to be done. In addition they inspected my gutters and provided a detailed photo array of what they found. The gutters were clean and clear when they left, and they checked the slope of the gutters. We were having a lot of rain, so it was a relief to have the work done quickly.

I called three companies to get bids to replace the gutters on my home. Two of the companies bids were ridiculous and kept trying to up sell everything they could think of. Royals bid was 50% lower even after upgrading the down spoutâ s to a larger size. They were here a couple of days after approving the bid done by 3:00 pm and cleaned up everything, they even swept the driveway and porch. The new gutters look great. I highly recommend this company great people to work with.

Happened on time, on budget

I hired Royal Gutters to replace my gutters, repair damaged wooden soffits and fascia and to paint the wooden exterior of my home. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They made suggestions about the gutters that I hadn't thought of. The work was done within the timeframe they promised. At the end of the project at the walkthrough they saw a few details they wanted to change that I hadn't even noticed and promptly sent their crew back to do the additional work. The work they did on my 100+ year old house looks fantastic. I loved that they were able to match the paint perfectly. I was very happy with the entire project and would recommend them.
