Patrick went above and beyond each time we used his services. Our first home purchase occurred over the course of a couple months. He was very patient with us, driving us to home after home until we found the perfect home in the perfect neighborhood for us. It was awesome. He was extremely patient and listened to all of my requests for what i wanted in a home. We looked at 40 properties in less than 3 months. #40 was the one we wrote a contract on and it was accepted. He loves what he does and it shows in his professionalism and positive attitude
