I purchased a used GX 470 from an independent dealer and had Kuni check it out before purchase. They did an terrible job inspecting the vehicles. In fact, I don't think they even drove it and I know they did not check out all the systems to make sure everything was working. After I purchased the vehicle I notice the air condition did not work and the rear air springs need to be replaced. The inspection report only offered that new tires are needed with an alignment. I had the springs replaced and I'm waiting on the air condition service unit I can afford it. I guess in the future, you can't rely on this business to do what you paid them for. That is, make sure they go through the vehicle thoroughly to insure you don't end up with a lemon. I asked for my money back and they only gave half back. In addition, they told me that they would replace the crack dashboard that week as it was under a recall. I purchased the vehicle knowing this would be replaced soon. After I purchased the vehicle, I call back and they change the story to a replacement in May. Now I finding out that it will be July. Overall, I would never use these guys again! I know the dash replacement warranty is not under their control but they need to found out the fact before making statements to customers.

They are very professional, extremely professional. They go the extra mile in every way. When you purchase a car there you get free car washes for life. You pull into the garage and they come and get your car and you can go drink coffee, espresso, they have a bar upstairs, they have all sorts of snacks for adults, kids, healthy, not healthy. They just call you when your car is ready. You can go into a media room and watch TV. It's an amazing place.
