4 day job took almost 6weeks. Sloppy work, everything was left a mess. Grouting was horrible, spots not filled and grout dripped all over, over grouted other areas. Tile at one ceiling section was cut too short. Tried to be understanding due to employee issues. Had to spend a lot of time with them re-turning to correct the issue. They did return to clean up and fix some things but after I paid they haven’t responded. Very disappointed that not only my project but my property wasn’t cared for. Need to babysit their workers checking their work every couple hours to correct issues right away and avoid the problems I had and still have.

I worked with Joel and Jon in the Boulder/Broomfield, CO area. Unfortunately, the service provided was very disappointing. A long story relatively short, they applied 2 coats of matte finish instead of satin finish. When "finished", before I knew it was a matte sheen, I knew something looked wrong and asked the owner (Joel) to come inspect. He assured me it looked correct and was a completed floor. After refusing to believe it, he called Jon and realized a matte finish was used. Joel said they would apply 1 additional coat of satin sheen, citing NWFA "standards" that they can't apply more than 3 (I looked up that guideline - not standard - and it specifically says 2-4 coats for water-based, which is what we were using). The manufacturer of the sealer also states that glossiness depends on thickness of the coat, so while Joel assured me 2 would make no difference, he has already proven to either lie or not know what he's talking about when he said the matte finish looked "correct". Since I rent the place and didn't want to disturb the tenants further, and had a terrible headache from fighting with him, I gave up rather than continue to fight for the 2 coats fo correct satin sheen I paid for. All that needed to happen to avoid this whole mess was for Joel to come in on that inspection visit, look at the floor and say, "yes, I agree, this doesn't look right and we're going to fix this with 2 new coats of satin" and I wouldn't have had to deal with such gut-wrenching battles just to get the floor looking relatively "normal" again.

Damaged my baseboard in multiple spots, many holes in the wall, and ruined multiple windows by abusing latches, scratched adjoining tile in multiple spots. I asked for just the one window latch replaced and they strung me along for months finally stopped responding to my calls. Owner ran "possible franchises" through my private home w/o my permission multiple times. Contractors used my bathrooms upstairs after i said only the powder is okay. Didn't flush.... i turned HVAC off and put up drop cloth to avoid spreading dust as much as possible. They turned HVAC back on and left door open....and pulled drop cloths which were out of their way. I spent about 25K on floors and they treat me like garbage Run....away....fast

Footprints was fabulous. They came to do an estimate the very next day and were super flexible about scheduling our service around our crazy Reno schedule. The price was better than many others we'd looked at and they also took the time to really explain to us how to take great care of our wood floors so they would last a lifetime.

He was able to fully repair and restore our nearly 100 year old wood floors perfectly. The work was thorough and flawless. He worked quickly with a minimum of mess and left only after ensuring our 100 percent satisfaction. If you need this type of work done right, he is the right person for the job.

Least professional company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. At first, everything seemed great. Todd showed up at the house to provide a bid to tile my basement bathroom, as well as provide services to refinish my hardwood floors. Todd prepared both quotes and provided them to me during his original visit. Two weeks later, we were ready to contract with ProWorks. Todd came back to visit the house, confirm measurements, sign the contract, and take a deposit. I paid my deposit, signed the contract, and was excited for work to begin two weeks thereafter. Another two weeks goes by, and Todd leaves me a message letting me know he needs to talk. We play phone tag and by the time we talk, it's Friday afternoon. Work is supposed to start the following Monday. Todd informs me that they underbid the job by almost double and that they are going to cancel the contract. Unbelievable, unethical, irresponsible behavior from any professional. Todd visited the house twice, each of us signed a contract, and a deposit was paid for the work. I would not trust ProWorks with my business, nor would I wish this kind of experience on anyone

On a regular basis this company, unasked, litters my front door with their trashy advertising material. Their delivery people insist on ringing doorbells further interrupting my day as well as peace and quiet. I have never contacted them asking for their services nor would I ever consider such a fly by night company. I do not appreciate their trash which advertises to anyone and everyone that I may not be home.

We weren't really happy with the service at all. They were not responsive to come back to take care of a couple of things that wasn't right. I called them and left them messages and they never called back. I forgot how much the service was, but it wasn't cheap. It was real wood. At first they were professional and then never responded. I would never use them again.

Initial work took 3 days but we were unhappy with the quality and smoothness of the finish. Had them out a number of times over the next two weeks to touch up and ended up paying extra for a high traffic finish because the original finish still allowed moisture through in spots. They were willing to come back numerous times to get it right, but right the first time was expected.
