4 day job took over 5 weeks. Tried to be understanding of employee issues. Grout work was terrible, no clean up, did not take care of my project or my property. Spent so much time trying to get area cleaned up and sections fixed. Should have babysat their workers with every couple hours having them correct their poor work. So disappointed as they did return to fix things before I paid once I paid and found more issues they did not return my calls or texts. Have one tile at the ceiling that is too short, still have areas where the grout is missing.

Initial experience and quotes were great. However actual job took much longer than quoted. Attention to detail was lacking in some areas; multiple areas werent sanded uniformly so we now have unevenness in floors in a couple of places. Baseboards were put back poorly. Communication was great at first but then went downhill; we werent told the color we wanted was more and very different from what was in the quote.

We were very pleased with the finished product of our installation; the quality was high, when we identified issues, the crew came back to make adjustments quickly. Unfortunately, the project timeline was pushed back throughout the process, so we were in a hotel for several extra days. That said, we've used other flooring companies too, and despite the timeline push, their quality of workmanship was high.

We were very pleased and satisfied with the way our new hardwood floors turned out. The sub contractor did an excellent job (John) and was pleasant, reliable and detailed. The only negative was that he was a 1 man crew (which we did not expect so be sure to ask ahead of time) and therefore the job took longer than we expected by a couple days. Overall a professional company and priced competitively.

The project was adequate, things looks pretty good but the finishing and polish was extremely poor. There was spaces between floor and wall, debris everywhere, gashes in the wall, carpet tucks came out after 1 week, etc. If you don't care about details, then these guys are fine. When it comes to finesse- to somewhere else

Even thought the initial subcontractor crew did a poor job of installing hardwood floor (large gaps in joints), Joel, the owner, made it "right" by replacing the subcontractor and the new crew corrected the installation issues and did a fantastic job of finishing the flooring. The floor looks GREAT!

Very Professional outfit, they did everything they promised at the start of the project. They were also able to adjust and react to the few obstacles that came along the way. Very trustworthy, I gave them full access to house while I was away for a week. Would definitely use them again

Kate came out for a quote the day after we chatted and was able to give me an instant quote with extra incentive for a discount for a cash or check payment. Although the initial quote was comparable to other vendors, the cash/check discount sealed the deal. They were very responsive to email, great customer service, prompt and worked very quickly - finishing my project 2 days ahead of schedule. Couple dull spots in the finish, but that's to be expected - they promised to come back and fix anything later.
