This company engages in fraudulent practices. They proceeded to provide services without my approval and then billed me for them. The owner, Jeff, even added seeds to my lawn and attempted to charge me over $500 without obtaining my consent. Additionally, he admitted to relying on homeowners either moving or inadvertently continuing services without realizing they would incur recurring charges. He displays dishonest behavior, and as a result, I have no choice but to pursue legal action against him in small claims court.

They showed up as scheduled and were very polite. They did a great job cleaning the concrete areas with the blower after they applied the fertilizer. I will definitely use these guys again!

We asked them why they would treat the lawn of an obviously empty house with no authorization or order. When we explained that we did not own the property and had moved out in March 2014, they said they treated the lawn in April 2014-an entire month after we had moved out. We did NOT have a contract with them for any work and we did not call and order any work. They turned us into a collection agency and were completely unreasonable. DO NOT do business with them.

We started using this company a few years ago when they started their business wanting to help out a small business. Their customer service and aeration services were great the first few years. Evidently they have gotten big enough that they no longer need to provide any customer service and just average aeration service (not as thorough on the lawn as they used to be). This past spring, they didn't show up on the scheduled day. I called and left a message that no one had showed up (no big deal, mistakes happen). I received a voice mail back that they must have lost our ticket and to call them to reschedule. When I called to reschedule, the person I talked to never apologized for not showing up, just said our ticket got lost, and that they decided they have been charging us too little over the past few years and that our rates would be going up by around $15 additional over what we had been paying for aeration in the past. I was shocked at the customer service but rescheduled and they came to aerate. In the meantime I received a coupon on our door for their services so I included it with the aeration payment. They didn't honor the coupon and sent me a bill stating that I owed them the full amount. I sent a letter stating they had been great in the past but we would not be using their services any more in the future due to how we had been treated after being a long time customer. No response ever came on the letter, although they cashed the check.

I got their name from a sign on another lawn that I pass on my way to work. I called them this morning and left a message. I got a call back later this morning, asking for the property address so she could pull it up on Google and provide me a quote for the aeration. She called me back not long after with the quote -- $36, which inlcudes a $5 new client discount -- and said the crew was working in the area and they could aerate this lawn. I gave the go-ahead.
When I got home from work, they were just leaving. Jeff stopped to talk with me and said he had also done an assessment of the lawn, and found that it had mites and cut worms. He offered to treat it with an insecticide. After reviewing the product information, I declined that service as it involved an "extremely toxic" chemical; I'd prefer to research more environmentally friendly solutions.
All in all I was pleased with the prompt response, same day service and reasonable. I signed up to be contacted for aeration service this fall.
