This included pictures on the refrigerator door, nick knacks. When they left, the apartment was fully functional -- kitchen, bath, bedroom, office, and living room. Super easy to deal with. Took accurate measurements and had updated floor plans from Springbrooke to determine which pieces of furniture would fit -- and everything did fit!
