The main contractor, Brent, did a good job of keeping me informed of what was going on and what was coming up next.
A pet peeve of mine is when contractors don't respond to phone calls, messages, emails, etc. Brent was much better than most at this and I really appreciated it.
The only reason I didn't give them an "A" in responsiveness and punctuality is because I had a phone line downstairs that didn't get hooked up after they were done. It took several weeks to get someone here to fix it. However, this was right after the floods so maybe it was difficult getting an electrician.
Overall I'm happy with them and would use them again.
