It went well. I called and the service was scheduled for the next day. Early on the next day, they called to say that they were having some emergency calls and wanted to re-schedule which was fine because mine certainly wasn't urgent. Later in the day the boss came by to check out the job to make sure the crew would be ready the next day and to schedule the time.
The workman - Troy - came out on time. He easily found out that the connection in the exhaust fan had come loose (or had been disconnected - a common problem he said). Next he moved the bathroom light to accommodate the new mirror. He also installed the new mirror.
He then took a break to get the timer for the whole house fan (and I imagine some lunch). They don't charge for time spent getting the items. After returning he promptly installed the timer.
We are very happy with the promptness and quality of the work. We had previously used the company with similar fine results.

The experience was great. They had a great communication. They gave accurate bids and estimate. They worked pretty quickly. They were flexible with the changes that we had. The people who did the work were very professional. Their communication was excellent. We would definitely hire them again.

After an inspection during the sale of my home, the buyer requested I have reversed polarities changed on several outlets and that I have all outlets in the house grounded. Larry, the owner, came immediately after I called the office to request the repairs. He tested the outlets and did indeed find reversed polarities. He explained that having ungrounded receptacles is typical for a house this age and that the buyer's request was not a reasonable one given the cost of that kind of upgrade, which would have required re-wiring the whole house. He agreed to write a letter stating such for the buyer and to come the next morning to make the repairs.

Larry came the next morning, right on time, with the letter he'd promised and proceeded to test all outlets in the house and repaired all with reversed polarities. He also did some minor repairs to receptacles in the garage.

Larry was very professional and personable. He was on time, did a great job and did more than expected in writing the letter for my buyer and in doing the extra repairs - and all for a very reasonable price! As a result, the buyer agreed to drop the request to ground the whole house and my home sale is proceeding without a hitch. I really appreciated all Larry did, especially since it was such a small job and on short notice. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again for any electrical work I might have.
