- Before starting the project, John went shopping with us at several stores to help with a selection that would look good and be serviceable in our home. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but no knowledge of the products and their qualities. He also made sure that the accessory material he needed was ordered at the same time. When the installation started, he moved the furnishings carefully to a different location and returned all items at the end of the job. All quarter rounds and baseboards were removed and were reinstalled at the end of the job, freshly painted and caulked. All flooring was installed over a vapor barrier. When the job was done, the rooms were clean and all trash was either in our receptacles or hauled away. The finished project is attractive and just what we expected.
He was quick to respond to phone calls or texts. He would also contact me if there were any changes that needed to be done before he did them.
The floors still look great and the shower is so much more attractive and useful with the shelf.
i recommend Tri City Tile and Hardwood for all of your flooring needs.
